Sessions generally run 60-90mins depending on physical load of the session and how fast we move along. Once the session is purchased we will communicate on:
 
  • Training Objectives
  • Best locations for the session
  • Best days/times for the session

  • REFUND POLICY

    If session is cancelled or changed within 8hrs we can reschedule or provide a full refund. If less than 8hrs cancellation notice is given I can only provide a 50% refund to cover the costs of my travel and time prepping for the session.
